Every login at cg999 goes through multiple layers of security checks. This is by design — protecting your money and personal information is our top priority.

• SSL Encryption: Your password is transmitted with 256-bit encryption every time you log in. No one can intercept it along the way.
• New Device Verification: If a login attempt is made from an unrecognized device or a new location, OTP verification will be required.
• Failed Login Limit: Entering the wrong password too many times will temporarily lock your account — to prevent unauthorized access.
• Session Management: You can view and manage all devices currently logged into your account.
• Suspicious Activity Alert: You'll receive an email or SMS alert if any suspicious login or transaction activity is detected.

Minor issues can come up from time to time. Most of them are easy to fix on your own.

• "Incorrect Password" message: Check whether Caps Lock is on. Make sure you're entering the correct upper and lowercase letters. If you fail several times, reset your password.
• "Account Locked" message: Too many wrong password attempts may lock your account. Wait 30 minutes or contact support.
• Not Receiving OTP: Check your network connection. Look in your spam folder. Try again after 2 minutes. If it still doesn't arrive, contact support.
• Page Not Loading: Clear your browser cache, try a different browser, or use the app.
• Account shows as suspended: Contact support right away — they'll explain the reason and guide you to a resolution.
